Frances is one half of the Jules and Sharpie partnership who first produced Chilli Jelly in 2002. Their "hot preservaments" have won awards every year since and are now produced under the Thursday Cottage label which is part of the long established Wilkins & Sons Brand. Dee chats to Frances about the early days in her kitchen, how production quickly moved to Otley College and then to Thursday Cottage being prepared in Tiptree.
