Peter See describes the schedule for the day and encourages serious runners to come along on the day (its not too late to enter on the day) for the road race and also fun runners to come to enjoy the atmosphere of the fun run. Or just come and watch and savour the home made cakes. It starts on Sunday 3rd October 11am at Martlesham heath Village Green. All in aid of charity.
