Nick Palmer of Barker Gotelee talks about Wills

21 April 2011 by Cliff

I recently went to see Nick Palmer from Barker Gotelee to find out why everyone needs a Will. I had ten burning questions for him. I wanted to know why we really needed a Will. Whether making a Will was expensive. I also wanted to know about making arrangements for my children and my pets and how one would go about donating  organs.

Nick competently and professionally answered all my questions and you can hear the interview below.

If you would like further information about or advice in relation to making a Will then please contact Nick Palmer or Suzanne Whyman who are Solicitors at Barker Gotelee Solicitors, 41 Barrack Square, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich. IP5 3RF

Life for a Young Lawyer

15 October 2010 by Tina

Tina talks to some young lawyers at Barker Gotelee to find out what made them choose the law as a career.

Except when I needed professional advice I have never had the chance to speak to a solicitor, so I grabbed the chance of an interview with some young lawyers, Suzanne and Prasan, at Barker Gotelee of Martlesham Heath to find out about what they do and what made them choose the law as a career.  I was amazed at the variety of work on offer and that different work can suit people with different personalities.  The academic work for a student is hard but once training is complete it sounds like there is work to suit a variety of interests and that there is never a dull moment.
